The units are tastefully decorated on level 1. Magnificent location as it's and close to major attractions and metro, which took about 50mins, and Forum.

New-fashioned and functional units on level 1. Overall varied breakfast with descent coffee and orribile coffees and rock hard croissants and HELPFUL service. Incredible and welcoming staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge.

Good location, near Metro and city sights. Friendly staff, real 24h reception. Safe neighborhood with nearby facilities (ex. s/m, pizza, cafe etc)
Breakfast was just ok - nothing special, small variety, not very fresh. The bathroom had a small problem with the shower curtain, water was running on the floor unless you were very careful.

Friendly Staff, Clean, Peacefull, good central location
The Inside-room at atrium was a bit noisy and there was kitchen smell from underlying restaurant when windows were open (the windows were very good barriers for this as such, but you might need the airco sooner to keep it comfortable inside the room with the windows closed)

Hotel staff is nice, the location is perfect and cleanliness of the room. We also got a compliment of wine and cake on new year eve.

Very convenient location, close to metro station and Termini train station, walking distance from city attractions. Room was quite small, but otherwise nothing's wrong with it. In Rome it's a good value for money considering the location.

The location was perfect for city exploring.
We experienced poor service at breakfast. The food was a disappointment. It did not match the advertised variety. The city tax situation was confusing and frustrating.

Different room but same rate, rooms in floor 2 are too simple.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff that went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. Hotel was very clean and the location was good; relatively close to the historic centre and close to the Termini train station. Street was quiet and plenty of light in the rooms.
Internet connection was non-existent on the second floor of the hotel, perfect on the first floor however.

I loved this hotel. I loved the location; it was safe which was important as 2 female travellers, central, bustop one minute away (64) does the whole city practically, the people were lovely, pleasent, informative really could not have done any more for us. We shall be returning. The room was clean, comfortable, we slept soundly. It was also close to Termini.
No negatives, we plan to return.... but The air con is an additional charge (tho we infact were not charged for ours the we did mention it), the charge is it worth it, and as the hotel is such value for money it is definately acceptable.

Close to Metro and few minutes walk to all the main attractions.
Rooms small and traffic street noise early in the morning

The economy double room offered a charming blend of modern comfort and historical elegance, with a fine 19th century wooden ceiling. The location provided easy access to major attractions, all within a 30-minute walk. The room was basic and lacked some amenities. The staff was friendly but not always readily available. The experience would have been elevated with better attention to guest needs.

The location was close to Termini station and the staff were friendly. We arrived before check in and they were able to upgrade us for two nights for free so we could move into the room straight away.
We had read the reviews about the breakfast before we left and I have to agree that it is not worth the price and there is little variety to choose from. For our second two nights the room was very small (although this was the one we booked) so if you need space I would suggest that you don't choose the economy room.
